Sign up as a company or an individual seller, confirm your email with a 6-digit code and add your WhatsApp number.
Create accountStep 2: Get verified
Submit your ID and a live selfie, business registration, ERC and factory or office photos. Each check is reviewed by the Exportain team, free.
Step 3: List products
Add specifications, MOQ, price tiers, HS code, photos and video. Every listing gets its own Exportain SKU automatically.
Step 4: Answer buyers
Quote on RFQs in the categories you sell, and answer order requests and messages in real time.
Step 5: Get paid
Settle on the agreed terms, or request a funds hold that Exportain pays to your Bangladeshi bank account in taka once the trade is confirmed.

How does Exportain keep trade safe?
Badges mean what was actually checked, money can be held until the trade is confirmed, and conversations stay on Exportain where both sides have a record.
Badges you earn, not buy
Each badge has a published rule and every submission is reviewed by the Exportain team. A paid plan never adds a badge.
Funds hold on orders
Ask the buyer to pay into an Exportain funds hold. It is paid to your Bangladeshi bank account after you file the export clearance document and the buyer confirms the trade.
Moderated chat
Messages may link only to Exportain sites, Google Meet and Zoom, and requests to pay outside Exportain get a warning notice.
Disputes reviewed by staff
Either side of an order can report a problem; the Exportain team reviews it with both parties.

Yes. Every seller starts on the Free plan, and you can upgrade later when you need more listings or RFQ responses. Verification is free on every plan.
Who can sell on Exportain?
Exportain is a B2B export marketplace for Bangladeshi manufacturers, exporters and trading companies. You can sign up as a company or as an individual seller, or join a seller team that already exists.
How do I get verified on Exportain?
Open the verification centre in your seller account and complete each check: identity (ID and a live selfie), phone and email, business registration, Export Registration Certificate (ERC) and photos of your factory or office. The Exportain team reviews every submission. Badges are earned through these checks and cannot be bought.
Do I need a badge before I can sell?
No. Unverified sellers keep every feature: listings, RFQ responses, messages and orders. Badges show buyers what Exportain has checked about you, so they help buyers choose you with confidence.
How do international buyers find and contact me?
Your published products appear on exportain.com with your company page. Buyers can send you order requests and messages, and they post RFQs (requests for quotation) that you can filter by the categories you sell in and answer with a quotation.
How do I get paid?
You settle payment directly with the buyer on the terms you agree, or you can request a funds hold of up to the order value. When the buyer pays the hold, Exportain keeps the money until you file the export clearance document and the buyer confirms the trade, then pays it to your approved Bangladeshi bank account in taka.
What is an Exportain SKU?
Every product you list gets its own Exportain SKU automatically, for example EXP-SKU-7KQ3MD, and each variant gets a numbered SKU of its own. It never changes, so you and your buyers can quote it in messages and orders.
